"I was trying to change my insurance company because I was paying too much for my car insurance so I decided to get a quote from these guys, lucky for me I spoke to Benjamin. He was very nice and helpful, he spent quite a long time to help me, since I wanted some cheaper that what I was paying to the other company, he offered me a few good options, taking his time to splain me each of them without evolving me into buy whatever he want to sell. After a couple hours I ended up getting the coverage that I was looking for, plus a life insurance for my wife ant the mos important thing everything was way under the amount I was paying before. There's one thing I haven't mentioned , we did all this through the phone. I haven't even have to go to the office in person., thank you Benjamin for your time and for your help.

"I been a State Farm customer for years and I never had any problems but a few months ago I add a car that I just bought from the car dealership and i specifically requested car rental coverage over the phone I guess that was my mistake for trusting the people working there ,
So when I got into a car crash a few days a i discovered that the change was never made , so I end up having to pay out of pocket the rental , and I call to see what happened and the person that supposedly help me was rude and condescending,
So a learn the hard to have everything on writing from now on ,
