I been a State Farm customer for years and I never had any problems but a few months ago I add a car that I just bought from the car dealership and i specifically requested car rental coverage over the phone I guess that was my mistake for trusting the people working there ,
So when I got into a car crash a few days a i discovered that the change was never made , so I end up having to pay out of pocket the rental , and I call to see what happened and the person that supposedly help me was rude and condescending,
So a learn the hard to have everything on writing from now on ,
For the record Iโm still a State Farm. Customer , just different agency
